We require a prepayment to accept any reservation, so that both you and we will feel more secure.

We accept credit card payments, processed with Stripe the number one online payment platform.

We also accept prepayments with bank transfer. Complete your transfer and notify us with a message. Don’t forget to attach the payment receipt

All payments will be completed by cash during your stay in Skopelos.

It is up to you to choose between credit card or bank transfer to secure your reservation, but you can choose only one of these two methods.

If you choose bank transfer as payment method to complete your reservation and change your mind afterwards, just contact us and we will send you a link for a credit card payment.

Booking Questions

After completing your reservation, you will receive a personalized email to the email address you provided, with all the information about your reservation. You will also receive a link for your Quest Guide that you can easily access anytime for info for your reservation and tips for Skopelos.

You can contact us anytime, through email, Whatsapp or with a phone call, and we will help you with anything you may need.

To complete a reservation, you will be charged for a prepayment. After completing your reservation, the rest of the payment will be completed during your stay with us.

Here your will find the best prices online! If you find a lower price for our property on another website we will beat it! Just contact us!

A few days before your arrival we will contact you to share information about the check-in process. We do not operate a reception desk so make sure to check your emails 2 or 3 days before your arrival for the check-in information.

If one or more persons want to join you for your vacation, we got you covered. If there is enough space in the accommodation that you booked please notify us and we will make all the arrangements (possibly there will be an increase in the price). If you want to book another accommodation for the extra persons, you are welcome to do so through our website. We have 3 complexes with studios and apartments (Yianna Cottage, Yianna Sunny and Artemis’ Garden) if you want to spend your holidays together, or you can also check our map for nearby accommodations. If there is not availability to any of our accommodations, just contact us and we will do our best to find a nice accommodation for your friends!
